    Though the tone of the first section was too casual and assumptive for my tastes, it did not disuade me. Still interested, I felt relief after reading the author's list of obstacles to mindfulness or "headspace". It was not long before I was finding my own concerns and experiences with meditation and mindfulness (both the more and less successful) validated. The author's launch into his biographical journey to the destination that becomes the initial program (the genesis of this text) so resonated with me that, at its interruption (this, after all, is a "teaser"), I felt immediate disappointment and frustration. Why? I had overlooked the word "teaser". For $0.99, what had I expected? I am glad that I had not noticed this prior to the purchase. Otherwise, I likely would have remained oblivious to this author and his text. As of now? I am looking forward with excitement to the continuation of the read. What else would have motivated me to write a review? :-)
